When will I receive tracking information for my order?

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

How long does it take to process and dispatch an order?

We aim to print and dispatch your order within 2-3 business days. However, it may take longer during peak seasons, special sales, or high volumes of orders.

What are the delivery times for orders within the United States?

Delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days via USPS First Class / Priority Mail. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or special sale events like Black Friday-Cyber Monday.

Do all products qualify for express shipping?

Not all products qualify for express shipping at this time.

What are the delivery times for international orders?

International orders are shipped via International USPS First Class and typically take 1-5 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Are there any additional fees for international orders?

Customers are responsible for any additional customs fees, charges, or taxes assessed by the carrier.

Returns & Exchanges FAQs

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item or if an error was made with my order?

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Limited editions, specials, or clearance items cannot be returned.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Send an email to WhiteCuervoStores@gmail.com to request a Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the returned product, we can process your exchange or refund.

Who covers the shipping costs for returns or exchanges?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For international orders, customers must cover shipping costs both ways.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued through the initial payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
