  • Shipping Policy

    We aim to print and dispatch your order within 2-3 business days. It may take longer particularly during the peak season around year end, special sales, or a high volume of orders. After your order has been dispatched, delivery time within the United States is 3-7 business days. Please keep in mind time may vary or delay during holidays or Black Friday-Cyber Monday. *Not all products qualify for Express shipping at this time.

    UNITED STATES: USPS First Class / Priority Mail (3-7 business days delivery)


    INTERNATIONAL/ OTHER COUNTRIES: International USPS First Class (1-5 weeks delivery)

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS may take more than 1-5 weeks to clear customs and be delivered. If you still haven’t received your item, please check your courier if it's being held at customs. Customer is responsible for any additional customs fees/charges/taxes assessed by the carrier.

  • Returns & Exchanges

    **Make sure you check the size chart before placing order!**

    Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 21 days of purchase. If we’ve made an error or your item is faulty, reach out to us, and we’ll correct it as soon as possible.


    *Limited editions, specials, or clearance items cannot be returned.*

    Send email to WhiteCuervoStores@gmail.com for a Return/Exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Customer are responsible for return shipping, once we receive the product we can process your exchange/refund. Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund. International orders, customer must cover shipping costs both ways.

    We will refund you the cost of the item(s) through the initial payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
